My efforts to try and resolve my computer problems proved very difficult. This was mainly due to me being a Silver Surfer and not understanding computers. Visiting computer shops and phoning around for help proved fruitless. The main problems were internet access to my emails, understanding how to edit photographs and create a DVD with sound and then burn to a disc or a flash-drive.

Then I had the good fortune of learning about Winter IT Services from a friend.
I duly contacted them and spoke with Claire. An appointment was made for Claire to visit me at my home.

Claire expertly corrected the problem I was having accessing my emails. Claire then downloaded a programme to enable me to edit photographs and videos and then create a DVD with my own musical background sound, all one disc and if
needed, save to a flash-drive.

Claire’s patience and understanding in my lack of computer knowledge were truly remarkable. With Claire’s help, I made notes of how to create the perfect DVD with all the trimmings.

Claire was great in not only helping set up my new laptop but in taking me through everything so I understand how to use it. She had a great way of explaining things and got me to try things so that I understood how to do it myself. Great to have a service like this around the corner and highly recommend her.
